About Vanessa

Having a lifetime of experience within the Weddings industry in managing, styling, co-ordination and planning, Vanessa is the foundation that brings together the Hamilton Island Weddings team.

A proud Mum of two boys, Vanessa prides herself on raising her children with love and kindness. She believes that you should always look for ways to improve yourself, and to always be present and be kind. On her days off, you will find Vanessa swimming with her family in the lagoon, reading a good book, or cooking a healthy and nutritious meal. Vanessa has dreams of travelling the world with her family, including visiting her number one travel destination Paris!

Being able to call the Whitsundays home for over 17 years, Vanessa has a strong understanding of Hamilton Island and has watched the Island grow and develop over the years. If there is one thing Vanessa recommends doing whilst holidaying on Hamilton Island, it is watching the sunset at One Tree Hill.

Having owned her own wedding styling company previously, Vanessa’s favourite part of her job is investing in her couples ideas and plans whilst working with them to make their visions a reality. Whilst Vanessa’s care and attention is always on her couples wants and needs, she also values being able to help colleagues develop both professionally and personally. Vanessa has a passion for organising, problem solving and being innovative with solutions, and she cannot wait to dedicate herself to your upcoming special day.
