Notice within 12 months of your wedding date, 25% of the celebrant cost will be charged.

Notice within 6 months of your wedding date, 50% of the celebrant cost will be charged.

Notice within 3 months of your wedding date, 75% of the celebrant cost will be charged.

Notice within 1 month of your wedding date, 100% of the celebrant cost will be charged.

Weddings that are postponed are able to have the full fee transferable to another date up to 12 months beyond their original date with no extra charge. However if a new date cannot be agreed upon, the cancellation fee at time of postponement as per above will apply.

Weddings postponed beyond the 12 months period will incur an extra charge of $100, (valid until June 2023). Weddings postponed beyond the 12 months period will incur an extra charge of $100, (valid until June 2024). 

Notwithstanding the above, celebrants may, at their discretion, waive the cancellation/postponement fees on an individual basis.
