Choose a pre-quoted cake
Hamilton Island Bakery have a selection of pre-quoted wedding cakes to choose from. Located at the bottom of this page, you may find one you fall in love with.
From there, simply complete the Cake quote request form (below) complete with the design number of the cake you have chosen and the number of guests attending your wedding. Submitting the form will send a copy to both yourself and your wedding coordinator, who will arrange confirmation of your chosen cakes availability as well as delivery arrangements.

Request a quote for your own unique wedding cake
If you would prefer, you can help create your very own, custom made wedding cake designed and baked especially for you. Simply collect all your ideas, clippings and cuttings, and fill out the Cake quote request form selecting the “I would like to order a custom cake” drop down.
Submitting the form will send a copy to both yourself and your wedding coordinator, who will arrange an obligation free quote on your behalf. We recommend you purchase the latest wedding cake magazines from your local newsagents, these will give you some great ideas and you can take photos or scan the ideas you like, for sending to your wedding coordinator.
- Some pictures of pre-quoted cakes show cakes decorated with fresh flowers, no quoted prices below include the fresh flower component. If you would like to have fresh flowers as decoration on any of our pre quoted cakes a separate quote can be obtained by your coordinator upon request.
- Cake stands that appear in the below images are not included in the provided price. These can however, be hired separately for the presentation of your wedding cake. Extra costs may apply.
- Cake designs by our cake suppliers are not usually appropriate for soft fillings such as mousse, cream etc.
- All prices listed below are inclusive of GST, transport, handling and delivery and are subject to change without notice, the final price of your wedding cake will be provided upon confirmation of your order.
- Availability of your selected cake artist and/or selected cake can only be guaranteed upon Hamilton Island Weddings receipt of required 30% deposit and written confirmation being received from the supplier
- Hamilton Island Bakery do not create cakes using fondant icing
