Ceremony or reception charter

Pre or post celebration
Welcome your favourite family or friends to the island with a luxury cruise a day or two before your wedding, or keep the luxury going the day after.
Whitehaven wedding transport
With room for up to 12 guests (plus crew), LA MAR is the perfect transport option for your Elopement on Whitehaven Beach.
Charter options
Full day
6 hour charter, up to 12 guests.
Departing at your desired time, return no later than 9pm

Overnight
24 hour charter, up to 6 guests.
Departing and returning at your desired time

Confirmation of your booking: we require a 50% deposit.
Balance of payment: for the charters will need to be made 7 days prior to the charter date.
Credit Card details: required as a bond in the event of damage or additional services provided on the day of charter.

Shoes: no shoes are to be worn on deck or inside.
Smoking: no smoking on board.
RSA: Responsible Service of Alcohol is provided and promoted.
Embarkation: Hamilton Island Marina
Disembarkation: Hamilton Island Marina
Other points of departure and return: will be considered by the Captain and is dependent upon safety of guests boarding, appropriateness of wharf for the berthing of LA MAR and weather conditions. There may be an additional wharf booking fee per booking.
Behaviour: rowdy or unruly behaviour, excessive consumption of alcohol, consumption of illegal substances or disposal of rubbish over the side of the Yacht is not permitted and may result in early termination of the charter, discharge of passengers at the nearest safe location or summons of police, at the sole discretion of the Master or Owner.
Any costs associated with the early termination of the charter due to unacceptable behaviour will be borne by the guest.
