Exclusive wedding ceremony time
Ensures that you have priority use of your ceremony location and required facilities so no other guest or wedding plans will impact your special day.
On island ceremony location
Choose between All Saints Chapel, Chapel Gardens, Catseye Beach, One Tree Hill or even your own accommodation, or upgrade to Whitehaven Beach, Yacht Club, Beach Pavilion Lawn or Hamilton Island Golf Club. Professional sound system and signing table is included. Upgrades are quoted separately and conditions apply.

Pre-Ceremony transfers
Arrive at your ceremony in style and comfort. The couple will be collected separately from their accommodation and transferred to the ceremony location.

Bridal couple room credit
As a special gift to the couple, we’ll provide you with $150 resort credit to use during your stay when you book a minimum of two nights in any Hamilton Island hotel accommodation.*
Upgrade to a Whitehaven Beach ceremony
Upgrade to a ceremony hosted on iconic Whitehaven beach. Includes the Whitehaven Beach Ceremony Photography Package as well as return helicopter transfers for you, your wedding coordinator, celebrant and photographer. Please note, this upgrade is subject to change.

Ceremony times on Hamilton Island are limited to 10.00am, 12.00pm, 2.00pm and 4.00pm to ensure no wedding or island event impacts another.
All weddings held on Hamilton Island need to be booked through Hamilton Island Weddings to ensure that your wedding won’t be affected by any other wedding, conference, function or guest event, and vice-versa.

Booking through Hamilton Island Weddings
All weddings hosted on Hamilton Island are booked through Hamilton Island Weddings. We have a limited number of ceremony times per day to ensure no wedding or island event is impacted by another. Generally, only one wedding will take place on Hamilton Island at one time.

Weddings currently held on Sundays incur a $1500 Island Hair & Beauty minimum spend, as well as a 15% surcharge with Floral Collections
**One Tree Hill is not available for 4pm ceremonies
