About Jade

Jade is a passionate and experienced member of the Hamilton Island Weddings team who loves helping couples create their dream wedding day on Hamilton Island. She is determined to create a stress-free and smooth wedding day, allowing her couples can sit back, enjoy their special day and not have to worry about the ‘little things’.

Jade enjoys working alongside couples throughout the planning process to incorporate personal touches to their wedding day and give them memories that will last a lifetime. Having lived on island for more than 5 years, she has a wealth of knowledge about Hamilton Island and the many different departments across the island. This island wide knowledge allows her plan a beautiful wedding day for her couples, as well as being able to provide some activity and restaurant recommendations for the rest of their island stay.

Family is very important to Jade, and she finds it so magical to see families come together to celebrate the love between two important people in their lives. This is such an important part of why she loves her job and it reminds her of her family back home in New Zealand.

When Jade is not creating unforgettable experiences for her wedding couples you’ll find her road tripping and travelling, and as a self-confessed foodie, she loves trying out new restaurants with her friends and testing out new recipes at home.

Jade’s top recommendations for your visit to Hamilton Island would be the South East Head hike for sunset with a stop at Escape Beach along the way for a swim. Dent Island Clubhouse is one of her favourite spots for lunch and Bommie Deck Bar for sunset cocktails!
