HOW TO BOOK YOUR DREAM WEDDING

We are delighted that you’ve chosen to host your wedding on beautiful Hamilton Island. Rest assured we have a friendly and dedicated team who will help make things as easy as possible for you. Before you book your wedding with us there are a few steps you will need to go through to ensure all of your requirements have been met.

The Hamilton Island wedding package is outlined below. Once the deposit has been paid, you will be allocated a personal wedding coordinator to assist you in the planning process.

How do we get started?

Remember… every day is a weekend on Hamilton Island.

Step 1:

Request an information pack. There is a lot of important information to know about getting married on Hamilton Island so if you haven’t done so already, please complete our Request Information form so we can send you our full information pack via email.

Step 2:

Choose a ceremony location and reception venue. Whether you’re dreaming of sand between your toes or fine-dining by the marina, Hamilton Island offers world-class ceremony locations and reception venues to cater to all tastes and budgets.

Step 4:

Complete your booking online. Once you have received written confirmation that your ceremony time, location and reception venue are all available, and you have checked accommodation availability, please complete the online booking form.

Step 5:

Sign your contract and pay deposit. You will then be issued with your wedding contract. The wedding package deposit and venue deposit (if applicable) is required within 14 days to secure your booking, along with the return of your signed wedding contract. This will confirm your wedding booking, and your personal wedding coordinator will be allocated.

Step 6:

Plan your wedding. Your wedding coordinator will contact you to introduce themselves and explain how the planning process works from now, until your wedding date. From time to time it may be necessary for your wedding coordinator to change during the planning process, however where possible we try to maintain the same coordinator for you.

If you have any questions regarding the booking process or anything at all, please feel free to contact our enquiries team.
