Fantasea Cruises

In the comfort of high speed air-conditioned catamarans, Fantasea Cruises allow you to really relax during your trip from Shute Harbour on Australia's mainland to Hamilton Island.  All Ferry arrivals are met by Hamilton Island staff at Hamilton Island's Marina and transferred to their accommodation.  Staff are more than happy to help with baggage and disabled passengers.

Special Transfer Rates for HIW Clients & Guests

Hamilton Island Weddings have secured a special return rate of $68.00 (Adults) & $36.00 (Children). This rate is only valid for Clients of Hamilton Island Weddings and their guests, travelling to and from Hamilton Island for the purpose of a Wedding.

The above rate is subject to regular change and the final rate will be confirmed upon your guests arrival to the ferry terminal.

Rate Conditions

To receive this specal rate Fantasea Cruises requires that you supply your consultant with a list of names and dates of travel no less than 72 hours prior to the date of travel.  No guest arriving at Fantasea Cruises vessels will be given the speacial rate without this list being supplied to Fantasea Cruises by your consultant, please note you must advise your consultant in writing that you specifically want your guest list faxed to Fantasea Cruises otherwise they will be unable to do so on your behalf.

Travel Time

A direct launch from Shute Harbour to Hamilton Island takes 35 minutes.  A launch from Shute Harbour to Hamilton Island via South Molle and Daydream Island's will take 1 hour.
