BYO Music and speeches pack

The BYO music and speeches pack is perfect if you’ve nominated a friend or family member to arrange your playlists and entertainment for your reception. You will also receive a high quality wireless microphone for you and your chosen guests to use for speeches.

We will organise the delivery and set up of the professional sound equipment and required adapters. All your elected music guru has to do is simply queue your music on your iPod, iPad, laptop or other music device, plug in the audio cable and away you go.

-Suits music players with a 3.5mm audio output (same as your iPhone)

Things to keep in mind

It’s important to consider a few factors when choosing this BYO music option for your entertainment.

-Do you want one of your guests to be chained to the music system all night?
-What if they have a few too many drinks, who will control the music?
-Are you prepared for your other guests to start trying to take over and control the tunes?
-Volume control is at the discretion of the venue, and noise curfews are in place for all Hamilton Island venues.

A Professional DJ is the best way to provide a mixture of quality music at your reception, they are able to read the room to ensure a good flow of appropriate tunes are played as required.

Entertainment can only be utilised when you book an entire venue sole use.  Noise curfews will vary depending on the venue and volume levels are always at the discretion of the venue.
