Hamilton Island Weddings private vehicle transfers are the ultimate way to arrive on your wedding day.
Pre-ceremony transfers
Transfer yourselves, your wedding party and other special guests from your accommodation to your ceremony.
Book one private vehicle transfer
This will provide you with two pre-ceremony transfers, the private vehicle transfers will do two trips with the capacity for four passengers in each trip. Take one partner and attendants or parents in the first trip, then the other partner and attendants or parents in the second trip.
One vehicle for up to two pre-ceremony transfers is included in the wedding and elopement fees.
Book two private vehicle transfers
Add a second car to your wedding package to take additional special guests such as parents, grandparents, or large wedding parties. The second private vehicle transfer can travel to the same pick up locations as the first, or select alternate pick up points.
Additional pre-ceremony transfers
Book extra pre-ceremony transfers to collect other special guests from their accommodation.
Photo and video tour transfers
Book private vehicle transfer/s to transport the wedding couple and/or attendants on your chosen photography and/or video packages. The transfers will be available for photos at your ceremony location and stay with you for the duration of your chosen photography and/or video packages.

Service includes up to two individual transfers of up to 4 people per transfer within 30 minutes after the ceremony conclusion time. For example, the private vehicle transfer can collect the wedding couple and/or attendants and take them straight to their reception, back to their accommodation, or other venue of choice.

After the pre-ceremony transfers, the private vehicle will remain at the ceremony location, be available for photographs before and after, then transport up to four passengers for the duration of your chosen photography locations; each location has a maximum of 30 minutes.

- A passenger at least four years old, but less than seven years old must be restrained in an approved forward facing child restraint or by a seatbelt.
- Passengers four years of age and under are required to be restrained in an approved child seat or capsule.
- A passenger less than six months old must be restrained in a rearward facing infant restraint and secured to an engineered anchor point and fitted seatbelt.
- Children are not permitted to travel on the lap of another passenger.
- To ensure the timely operation of your pre-ceremony transfers it is recommended that children are transported to your ceremony in a car seat on a buggy, with a trusted adult. Car seats can be hired from Resort Buggy Hire.
- If it is necessary to include a child in the private vehicle transfers, you may supply your own child seat or you may hire one for $15.
- The child must be treated as a passenger and included within the 4 passengers per transfer.
